In a world of increasing complexity, the ability to listen — mentally, emotionally, physically, and consciously — may be the most underutilized leadership skill of our time.
That's why we named this The Listening Field.
Most leaders understand the principles of conscious leadership. The harder question is: what does it actually look like on a Tuesday afternoon, when things get difficult?
The Listening Field is an intimate, hosted gathering — limited to 12 people — where experienced leaders come together to explore that question. Not as a workshop. Not as a seminar. As a genuine inquiry, held in community.
Each gathering centers on a concept alive in my current work: Theory U, GAZE, Strong Ground, and related practices. These are offered not as content to consume, but as a living conversation to step into.
